Good shower with reliable hot water.

The room had poor noise isolation, making it hard to sleep with sounds from the staircase and adjacent rooms. Additionally, the emergency exit door was locked, causing alarm during a fire drill, which was concerning. The condition of the parquet floor was disappointing as it appeared to be wearing out despite the hotel being relatively new.

The bed was so comfortable, perfect for napping! Room had a great aesthetic with nice decor. Only downside? The shower was a bit iffy with some gaps. Overall, enjoyed my stay! 😊

The hotel was cozy and the staff

were incredibly helpful during our stay. The location was both safe and quiet, making our time comfortable. However, I was disappointed to find the shower gel dispenser empty and no soap provided, which was a small inconvenience.

Unique room themes.

The room was clean, spacious, and had an extremely comfortable bed. Unfortunately, the noise from adjacent rooms disrupted my sleep.

the view was decent with the floor-to-ceiling window except it felt more like an attic than a hotel room. expect a malfunctioning shower that had gaps—quite cozy! also, a personal room upgrade woudl ve been lovely after all the inconvience, but I guess I’m not special enough for that? almost wrote a good review but just couldn’t.

The rooms were spacious and cozy for our family of four. We enjoyed the powerful shower after a long day of exploring the nearby area's lovely restaurants. Plus, the staff made our stay truly memorable with their friendly service.

My wife says that the pillows could be improved.

I stayed in a Comfort Double or Twin Room for 3 nights. The bed was super comfy, and the design with Belgian themes added a nice touch. I loved the spacious feel, especially for a solo traveler. The little things like a water cooler were great too. The only downside? There was some noise from the stairs at night, which made it hard to sleep sometimes.

Had a fantastic stay! The room was good-sized, immaculate, and offered an exceptionally comfy bed, providing the best sleep ever. I loved the quirky themed room decor, and the showers were superb with great water pressure. The location was unearthed gem, positioned near tram stops and lots of charming restaurants. Also, breakfast was delightful and kept replenished throughout the meal.

My stay at Neufchatel was enjoyable due to the lovely room and helpful staff. The bed was extremely comfortable, offering an excellent night's sleep, and I appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. The location supported easy access to trams for transport around the city, enhancing my ability to explore. Additionally, the staff's willingness to assist with any inquiries made my experience even better.

This place suits me perfectly, offering excellent wi-fi, luggage storage, and a cozy bar lounge. I remember my first stay when the staff kindly helped me with a wake-up call. I'm coming back for a weekend!
