Amazing central location close enough to the center of Brussels. Again, I went to see Horta Museum nearby.

The hotel is modern and neat, nestled in a very nice boutique building with particularly nice view on an inner garden. The location is central. Sint-Gillis / Saint-Gilles is a district that deserves exploring. The venue has a stunning restaurant for our first night dinner.

The lobby and breakfast room are quite spectacular with a 5* feeling. Breakfast is varied, and there is something there for every taste. The internet connection is flimsy at times, but overall the signal strength is really good. Payment can be made via a range of different credit cards without surcharge.
The rooms are quite small and corwded, the was very soft and somewhat dented. Overall the rooms could use some renovation.

We staied at these hotel for 2 nights in the end of August. And we were too happy to see what we had for that price. I really recommend it to all travellers who want to sleep in Brussels in comfort in quite part of city. Yes, it's not a city center. But ti took just 10 minutes for us to got it. So I think it's the best you can have. Also breakfast was cool. Next day we were waiting a lot for it =))) All food was fresh and tasty. Staff of the hotel is friendly =) Thanks to the russian-speaking owner of this hotel. He knows how to do business =)
Just we entered the room - we felt a smell of sigarets =( But it was strictly non-smoking room. And in our room when you take a shower you should put towel on the floor - or water will go to the room. First day we didn't know this and floor in the living room was wet. But if you put towel - everything ok =) These disadvantages are really small compare with advantages of this hotel. I really recomend The Neufchatel to all travellers!

The location was good; close to the tram station and with several shops to buy groceries. The wifi was fast and good. We didn't have noises at night. The breakfast was good and included in the price. You pay for what you get.
The toilet was not very clean and had a broken tile in which we could see a big whole and some bugs. The beds were not very comfortable, specially the pillows. It needs a renovation, but for the price we paid, it was ok.

Really small bathroom (i was pounding the walls every time i moved) and narrow bes, I almost fell twice during my sleep. Very expensive for a hotel like this, im sure with the same money i could stay in a much better hotel

The location is very quiet, down a sidestreet, so no annoying street noise during night.
The hotel has got free WiFi, but I never looked it up in the room. I was a little surprised when I asked for the password at breakfast. The answer I hgot was, "It in the book in your room". Why not just tell me so I could log on. I was checking out and just wanted to find some information during breakfast. My recommendation is to answer customers when they ask for information they need.

It's a short walk to the city center for sightseeing. There is easy access to the bus station and tram station as well as nearby public transport.
